In einem Teil des nordpfälzischen Berglandes in Rheinland-Pfalz liegt die Ortsgemeinde Ulmet. Hier hat sich der Besitzer einer Immobilie dazu entschieden, seine Dachfläche vermieten und für ein Solar Direktinvest zur Verfügung stellen zu wollen.

Die Lagerhalle und Werkstatt beherbergt das Abbundzentrum Ulmet, eine Zimmerei und auf Bedachungen spezialisierte Firma. Während die Gebäudesubstanz solide ist und über die Laufzeit der Photovoltaikanlage von 40 Jahren ohne Probleme halten wird, wird die Dachfläche vor dem Bau der PV Anlage noch vollständig saniert. Auf diese Weise wird der jahrzehntelange Betrieb der PV Anlage sichergestellt.

Rund 209,4 kWp Leistung wird die neue Solaranlage auf dem flachen Giebeldach bringen, so dass etwa 104 Haushalte jährlich mit dem bereits nach wenigen Jahren klimaneutral gewonnenen Solarstrom versorgt werden können.

Somit können nicht nur tonnenweise CO2 eingespart werden, sondern der Investor kann zudem passives Einkommen generieren und von einer hohen Rendite profitieren. Denn durch die Direktvermarktung und Einspeisung in das öffentliche Stromnetz profitiert der Investor dieser PV Anlage vom Marktwert Solar.

Um die Erträge zu sichern, werden die Bäume, welche zu einer Seite das Gebäude umschließen, zurückgeschnitten und bei Bedarf gefällt. Um sicherzustellen, dass der Baumbestand in Deutschland weiterhin wächst, auch wenn aufgrund von Verschattung ab und zu Bäume gefällt werden müssen, arbeitet die Solar Direktinvest mit Plant-my-tree zusammen und pflanzt 1.000 Bäume jährlich.

Somit stellen wir sicher, dass nicht nur der Verpächter der Dachfläche und der Investor, der sich dazu entschieden hat die Photovoltaikanlage kaufen zu wollen, von der Solaranlage profitieren, sondern dass auch die Natur nicht vergessen wird.
