Hoch im Norden Deutschland, genauer im Bundesland Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, liegt das beschauliche und zumeist ruhige Dörfchen Kemnitz. Am Rande der einst slawischen Gründung befindet sich eine große Rinderzucht, auf deren Dächern mehrere Photovoltaikanlagen angebracht sind. Die größte dieser Anlagen, befindlich auf dem Kuhstall der Rinderzucht, wurde vor Kurzem bei Solar Direktinvest zum Kauf angeboten.
Die 2018 in Betrieb genommene Bestandanlage konnte ein Investor als gebrauchte Solaranlage kaufen. Er erfreut sich nun an 150 kWp Leistung mit einem Wechselrichter von Huawei, einem der marktführenden Unternehmen in dieser Technik. Die Module der PV Anlage stammen Q Cells, der Hersteller von Photovoltaikzellen wurde bereits 1999 in Deutschland gegründet.
Da die Bestandsanlage bereits 2018 in Betrieb genommen wurde, kann sich der Investor über eine höhere EEG-Vergütung freuen als mit einer Neubauanlage. Das geringe Alter der Anlage ist dabei kein Problem: Studien haben bewiesen, dass Photovoltaikanlagen auch nach 20 Jahren noch 98% ihrer Anfangsleistung erbringen können.
Somit wird der Investor noch mehrere Jahrzehnte Erträge mit der PV Anlage generieren können. Dies stellt auch die 16jährige Restlaufzeit mit einer Verlängerungsoption von zweimal fünf Jahren sicher. Auf diese Weise können bis zu 26 Jahre lang rund 75 Haushalte mit grünem und ökologisch generiertem Strom versorgt werden.
Zudem erhält der Investor durch sein Solar Direktinvest die Möglichkeit des Steuern sparen. Indem Investitionsabzugsbetrag, Absetzung für Abnutzung und die Sonderabschreibung für Photovoltaikanlagen genutzt werden, kann auch der Kauf einer Bestandsanlage im Anschaffungsjahr die Steuerlast auf bis zu 0€ senken.
