Im nordhessischen Landkreis Kassel liegt das beschauliche Fuldatal. Hier findet sich ein Reitstall, dessen Dachfläche vom Gebäudebesitzer für ein Photovoltaik Investment zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Mehrere Investoren haben bereits die Chance ergriffen und das Solar Invest erworben.

Um die optimale Performance der Photovoltaikanlage zu gewährleisten, wird sichergestellt, dass keine Verschattung PV Anlage stattfindet. Verschattende Bäume wurden entfernt und der Grundstückseigentümer stellt sicher, dass die Dachfläche auch in Zukunft nicht verschattet wird.

So können die Investoren hohe Renditen von bis zu 10% bei Direktvermarktung des PV Stroms einstreichen und sich ihres passiven Einkommens sicher sein. Mit einem Solar Direktinvestment können sie somit nicht nur im ersten Jahr die Anschaffungskosten der Photovoltaikanlage bis zu 62% steuerlich absetzen und dadurch enorme steuerliche Vorteile genießen, sondern sie können dank der Lebensdauer der Photovoltaikanlage von über 40 Jahren und einer kaum vorhandenen Degradation jahrzehntelang Stromerträge erwirtschaften.
