Knapp außerhalb des nordrheinwestfälischen Datteln, welches sich im nördlichen Ruhrgebiet befindet, konnten wir einem unserer Investoren eine lukrative Bestandsanlage aus dem Jahr 2010 anbieten. Nachdem der ehemaligen Anlagenbesitzer sich dazu entschieden hat, seine gebrauchte Photovoltaikanlage verkaufen zu wollen, konnten wir die Solaranlage nach kürzester Zeit an einen Investor veräußern.
Das gebrauchte Solaranlagen Kaufen wird auch bei Investoren immer beliebter, da es neben den üblichen Vorteilen eines Solar Direktinvest auch verschiedene weitere Vorteile mit sich bringt. Denn auch wenn der Zeitraum der EEG-Vergütung verkürzt ist, profitiert der Investor von einer höheren Einspeisevergütung. Im Fall von Datteln liegt diese Einspeisevergütung bei 31 Cent pro Kilowattstunden. Eine Neubauanlage aus dem Jahr 2023 bringt knapp 7 Cent pro kWh. Somit kann der Investor in Datteln über einen verkürzten Zeitraum von ca. 8 Jahren mit seiner 175 Kilowattpeak-Photovoltaikanlage bei Einspeisung nach EEG-Vergütung etwa vierfache Erträge erwirtschaften.
Dabei bringt die Photovoltaikanlage die besten Voraussetzungen mit: Der Reitstall, auf welchem die Solaranlage zu finden ist, besticht durch seine solide Gebäudesubstanz und ein einwandfreies Dach. Die große Dachfläche ist südlich ausgerichtet und 100% verschattungsfrei. Durch diese Voraussetzungen können hohe Stromerträge erwirtschaftet werden.
Die 175 kWp Dachanlage ermöglicht es rund 87 Haushalte ein gesamtes Jahr über mit grünem und nachhaltigem Ökostrom zu versorgen. Somit leistet der Investor, welcher die Bestandsanlage erworben hat, einen wichtigen Teil zum Schutz der Umwelt: Die PV-Anlage in Datteln kann viele weitere Jahre, gar Jahrzehnte, weiter CO2-neutralen Strom produzieren und zur Energiewende beitragen, während sich der Investor über die steuerlichen Vorteile ebenso freut, wie über das passive Einkommen, welches er dank der Solaranlage erhält.
