Der Eigentümer in Oschersleben hat sich dazu entschlossen, seinen Betrieb wirtschaftlich und gewinnbringend zu nutzen, indem er seine Dachflächen verpachtet. Sein Hauptmotiv war, seine altenDachflächen wenn möglich ohne Eigenkapital zu sanieren.
In den Augen des Eigentümers ist es ein lohnenswertes Geschäft, sein Dach mit der Größenordnung von 299,75 kWp zu verpachten, denn damit unterstützt er die Produktion von Sonnenenergie und erhält vom Bauherrn der Anlage eine hohe Pachtzahlung. Diese Pachtzahlung lässt sich durch eine Einmalzahlung oder in Form einer kostenlosen Dachsanierung ausschütten. Zusätzlich erhält er eine Beteiligung an den Erträgen des Solar Invest nach dem 20ten Jahr. Der Eigentümer ist sich ebenso bewusst, dass hierdurch die Energiewende weiter voranschreitet und die Stromversorgung zunehmend auf erneuerbare Energiequellen umgestellt wird.
Beweggrund:
Durch die EEG-Vergütung war es möglich, dieses Projekt wirtschaftlich und reibungslos innerhalb von wenigen Wochen umzusetzen. Durch die kostenlose Dachsanierung konnte der Eigentümer sich den Aufwand und das Geld für das Sanieren der gesamten Dachflächen einsparen.
Besonderheiten:
Bei dieser Dachsanierung muss das asbesthaltig Material professionell und fachgerecht von unserem erfahrenen Team entsorgt werden, um im Nachgang eine hochwertige Dacheindeckung zu verbauen,. Somit ist garantiert, dass die Photovoltaikanlage für die nächsten 40 Jahre sicher befestigt ist. Die Solaranlage bietet einen zusätzlichen Schutz für die neue Dacheindeckung, welche dadurch langlebiger ist. Und das war alles möglich, ohne eine Solaranlage kaufen zu müssen.
