Die mittelgroße Stadt Celle liegt mit ihrer pittoresken Altstadt direkt südlich der malerischen Lüneburger Heide. Hier konnte die Solar Direktinvest ihren Kunden vor kurzem ein zweites, interessantes PV Direktinvestment anbieten.
Erst 2022 wurde die praktisch neuwertige Photovoltaikanlage in Celle in Betrieb genommen und anschließend an die Solar Direktinvest GmbH als Photovoltaik Bestandsanlage verkauft. Die PV-Anlage, welche sich auf den wenig geneigten Dachflächen verschiedener Gebäudeteile befindet, wartet mit einer großen Leistung von über 3.071 kWp auf, so dass rund 1.500 Haushalte das gesamte Jahr über mit den Stromerträgen aus dieser Photovoltaikanlage versorgt werden können.
Um mehreren Investoren zu ermöglichen, Teil an dieser großen PV-Dachflächenanlage zu haben, hat sich die Solar Direktinvest GmbH dazu entschlossen, die Solaranlage nach Wechselrichter aufgeteilt zum Kauf anzubieten. Die Investoren erhalten damit nicht nur einen Teil einer sehr großen PV-Dachanlage, sondern profitieren auch von den Wechselrichtern des namhaften Herstellers Huawei und den Akcome Solarmodulen, welche in der PV-Anlage verbaut sind.
Auch nach dem Kauf lässt die Solar Direktinvest GmbH ihre Kunden nicht allein: Mit seinem Rundum-Sorglos-Paket stellt das Unternehmen sicher, dass nicht nur für das Monitoring und die Versicherung der PV-Anlage Sorge getragen wird, sondern dass auch die Wartung eingehalten wird. Auf diese Weise sollen die Investoren möglichst lang etwas von ihrer Solaranlage haben – auch bei Projekten, welche die Solar Direktinvest nicht selbst geplant und gebaut hat. Denn auch bei Bestandanlagen gilt das Versprechen des Nürnberger Unternehmens, alles aus einer Hand zu liefern und dabei höchste Qualitätsstandards einzuhalten.
