In eastern Saxony, surrounded by fields and meadows, lies the municipality of Burkau, which is part of the densely wooded region of Upper Lusatia. Here, several investors have been given the opportunity to acquire shares in a large existing photovoltaic plant, divided according to inverter.
A photovoltaic system with a total output of 749.79 kWp is located on the two roofs of a logistics company. Both the flat roof of the large logistics hall and the gable roof of the adjacent building are completely free of shading. Reduced yields due to shading trees or buildings can therefore be completely ruled out for this property.
The photovoltaic system was commissioned back in 2019, but the previous owner decided to sell the used photovoltaic system. This gave several investors who wanted to buy used solar systems the opportunity to invest in photovoltaics.
As a solar direct investment, investors are guaranteed a basic term of a further 17 years. At the end of these 17 years, investors also have the opportunity to opt for a 5-year extension option. After this extension, there is a further 5-year extension option. This means that the photovoltaic system can be used to generate passive income for 27 years.
With solar modules from Heckert Solar, investors receive modules that were manufactured in Germany. The short transportation routes mean that the PV system is climate-neutral after just a few years. Thanks to the 749.79 kWp, around 375 households a year can be supplied with green and sustainable electricity from the photovoltaic system in Saxony.
