Knapp 3 Kilometer außerhalb von Beverstedt, umgeben von Feldern, Wiesen und nur wenigen Bäumen, liegt das Dorf Ahe. In diesem Dorf befindet sich eine Bestandsanlage, welche ein Investor als gebrauchte Solaranlagen kaufen konnte.
Die 2020 in Betrieb genommene Photovoltaik Bestandsanlage umfasst eine Anlagenleistung von 128,52 kWp. Mit dieser Anlagenleistung können in etwa 64 Haushalte das gesamte Jahr über mit nachhaltig gewonnenem Strom versorgt werden. Denn bereits nach wenigen Jahren der Nutzung arbeiten die installierten Solarmodule komplett klimaneutral und sparen somit über die Jahre der Nutzung hunderte Tonnen CO2.
Ein Wechselrichter von Huawei, die als eines der marktführenden Unternehmen für diese Technik gelten, sowie Module von Suntech Power, zeitweise weltgrößter Produzent von Solarmodulen, komplettierten die Photovoltaikanlage.
Ein Investor hat die Bestandsanlage in Niedersachsen bereits erworben und kann mit seinem Solar Direktinvestment nun die 19jährige Restlaufzeit der EEG-Vergütung nutzen. Nach dem Ablauf der Restlaufzeit erhält der Investor die Möglichkeit, die gepachtete Dachfläche für weitere 10 Jahre zu verlängern. Da auch nach knapp 30 Jahren Laufzeit einer Solaranlage noch mit hohen Erträgen aufgrund der kaum vorhandenen Degradation zu rechnen ist, hat der Inhaber nochmals die Möglichkeit, eine weitere 10jährige Verlängerungsoption zu nutzen. So wird die erwartete Laufzeit der Photovoltaikanlage von 40 Jahren voll ausgeschöpft und der Investor kann mehrere Jahrzehnte lang passives Einkommen generieren.
Mit seiner soliden Gebäudesubstanz und der vollständig renovierten Dachfläche stellen 40 Jahre Betrieb der Photovoltaikanlage kein Problem für den Verpächter der Dachfläche dar. Indem er sich dazu entschieden hat die Dachfläche vermieten zu wollen, gibt er dem Investor die Chance, seine eigene PV-Anlage zu betreiben, während er selbst von hohen Pachtzahlungen profitiert.
